Meet our team
Amit B Wadhwani is the MD of SECCPL, India’s leading property consultant. He is a sought-after speaker and foremost thought-leader in the Indian real estate sector and moderates the popular Television show in Republic TV – Realty+. With over a decade of experience in the industry, he has made a reputation in the industry for use of hi-tech operations including AI, Machine learning and Data Analytics combined with the most aggressive marketing campaigns. Being a seasoned salesman, he takes a hands-on approach in monitoring and leading upon the expansion activities of the company. A college-drop out, he began with a handful of people to build a company with a team of more than 350 people across India.
Vicky Wadhwani is the Director of Sai Estate Consultants Chembur Private Limited (SECCPL). A marketing graduate from Mumbai university, he is the brain behind the extravagant marketing campaign which brand Sai is well-known for. Following his passion, he joined SECCPL realising his passion for the real estate sector. Planning and strategising comes naturally to Vicky, hence analysis based market strategy, operations, program requirement, and investors sourcing are key areas of Vicky’s responsibility at SECCPL. When required, Vicky is also the ‘go-to’ person for legal framework support. Vicky oversees the financial and statutory aspects of the work.
CEO – Sales & Operations
Rahul Grover is the CEO of SECCPL looking into the day to day operations of the company. He made a mark with excellent performance as President -Sales & Operations before taking over the mantle as CEO. With deep knowledge of the real estate sector, he has a diverse background with a stint at KPMG after graduating from UDCT and completing his management education. He extended his skill sets to the real estate sector with Housing.com & also founded SnapGhar – a definitive group buying platform in Real Estate. After successfully serving across the financial and telecommunication sector, he developed his expertise in Real Estate later in his career to become the foremost leader in the sector.
Chief Technology Officer
Harsh comes from a stellar academic background having completed his graduation from India’s premier institute IIT Bombay. He has close to a decade of experience in the domain of technology consulting. He comes with a rich experience of around 4 years in the field of technology consulting with Deloitte accompanied with over 2.5 years of real estate experience. After enriching his experience for over 3 years at his own startup, Harsh became an integral part of the company bringing the perfect blend of technology and business to the table.
Kevin is an experienced strategy Manager with a history of working in the Media industry. He is skilled in New Media Strategy, Marketing, Media Relations, & Event Management. A marketing professional with MA in English language and Literature, he started as a Communication Strategy Associate at White Marque Solutions handling mandates like Jaslok Hospital, MCHI-CREDAI apart from Sai Estate. He moved to Edelman where international brands like Dubai Tourism, WWE, Tinder, HUL, Carlsberg as well as PR for events like Lakme Fashion Week, Jaipur Literature Festival was handled by him. After his stint, he joined Sai to lead the impeccable Public Relations and aggressive Marketing activity which Sai is known for.
Head – Quality Assurance
Michelle Khirbat heads Quality Assurance as Deputy General Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Psychology from Mumbai University. With a work experience of over a decade in the hospitality sector she moved to the Real Estate Industry doing a stint with Lodha Group Sales Division – Customer Experience. As head of Quality Assurance, she ensures that stringent quality norms
which Sai is known for is strictly adhered to across operational verticals with monitoring of each customer touch-point right from first contact to post sales.
