Sai Estate Consultants Chembur Private Limited (SECCPL), a brand focused on ensuring housing for all Mumbaikars, recently launched their latest campaign ‘I Am Sai’ .

The main motive of this campaign is to reach out to multiple stakeholders from the Real Estate Industry.

According to experts , the next few years will be crucial for the real estate sector, with an added impetus on housing for all.

This campaign was launched to take this into account and its main aim is to highlight SECCPL’s offerings to stakeholders.

In order to amplify the message, SECCPL has launched the campaign through OOH, with a series of hoardings addressing associates.

Through targeted messaging, SECCPL speaks of its various services which includes :

  • A 360-degree sale and marketing support for developers .
  • The potential to grow a strong national network for channel partners.
  • Connects customers with banks and developers.
  • Provides budget homes at affordable rates.

The campaign also addressed investors, the media, brokers, and other advisory members, among others.

Speaking about the campaign, Mr. Amit Wadhwani, Founding Member, SECCPL, said, “Housing for all is a very important part of our plans, if we are, as a nation to progress.

Keeping this in mind, ‘I Am Sai’ aims to reach out to stakeholders to make them aware of the Sai advantage, and how we can collectively achieve our goal of ensuring housing for all by 2022.”
